How to Use
For stovetop cooking:

Measure the desired quantity of Ponni rice.

Rinse thoroughly 2–3 times until the water becomes relatively clear.

Soak for 15–30 minutes if desired.

Add approximately 2–2½ cups of water for every 1 cup of rice, adjusting according to the specific variety and preferred texture.

Bring to a boil, then cover and cook on low heat until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.

Let it rest for 5–10 minutes, then gently fluff with a fork.
